My company uses this app to provide us with monetary incentives. It stopped working, and now I can't get logged in. I reinstalled it several times and restarted my phone. Still does not work. It just keeps cycling back to the login screen. UGH.

this used to work well, now for the last 2 days it won't track my steps or gym visits as it keeps logging me out. When I log back in it instantly sends me back to the log in page making it useless as I can't track my gym visits and steps to get reimbursement from my employer

Fails often not giving credit for workouts. This is the primary purpose of the app. Please do better.

It worked with previous S Health. Since last update sync no longer works. Contacted support, did everything they told me to do, jumped through hoops with no resolve. Support went as far as to ask for screenshots of my permissions (like I couldn't figure out to turn the sliders on) and activity (Maybe I wasn't actually moving?) Provided them as requested and haven't heard back in over 2 weeks! What a let down! Not only frustrating but disappointing.

Our employer requires us to use the IncentFit app to track our gym visits so we can get reimbursed at the end the year if we meet the required number of visits. 2018 was our first year using an app for tracking. At first I was really skeptical, but it worked out great and customer service is excellent! They answered any questions. Very helpful. I'm really happy with it. It's a nice way to track your number of visits too. It's helping me with motivation. I haven't had any problems.

Works as it should for my company. I am pleased with the app and the user support. I voiced concerns about persistent location access required this app to the developers. They responded quickly and explained why it had to be that way. The app claims not to use location otherwise than when the app is used. Without persistent location, Android and iOS would interfere with (shut off) location tracking for 30 minute gym locations check ins as soon as the app was taken out of the foreground.

Our company uses this and for going to the gym it works great, but trying to record bike rides using Strava no longer works. If I don't ride in the winter months it is impossible to get them to sync again, when I start back in the spring. When I reach out my same reply back is that it is working and in sync, but that is not the case. They do add my rides if I send screen shots so that is a plus I suppose.

I have to use this app to get reimbursement for my gym membership from my employer. It requires me to be there at least 30 minutes 6 times a month. The app constantly fails to accurately track the time. It almost always ends the time prior to the required 30 minutes while I'm working out without notification. Yesterday I finished my workout, and I observed that it actually looked like it worked with 37 minutes of tracking. I went to save the progress and it saved it showing 22 minutes.
