Update: It finally is working but now it is very difficult to see the cursor at least in battery saver mode. App still not optimized for cellphone use. Text is extremely small even with my glasses on. Log in page places the description over the data entry box on the log in screen. Which is why it will not open keaboard to let me set up or log into my account. The data entry box is blocked all but the right side frame of the box. No way to use the app since I can't log into it.

Communication error. When I open app I get "communication failure with server. Try again later." For 2 weeks now. This is how I pay my bill and it is not always convenient to access the site from a computer. Plus my phone saves my login info. That's an additional hassle on a shared laptop.

I've tried two different devices but the app keeps saying username/password is invalid. I am 100% sure I'm entering the correct info. The app is useless if I can't login. Please fix this!

If I could rate less than one star I would but unfortunately I can't. This is the most antiquated app I've ever had the misfortune of using. Absolutely 1990 called they want their technology back.....

This app has always been terrible but, they reached a new low. I can no longer login. The credentials rejected by the app work just fine on the website. They should fire the maker of this app and just go back to using their own website.

It will not let me 1. Set up account. 2. My android will not show any keyboard on page one. 3. Of course it won't show any email address, since it won't let me provide it.
