Very disappointing. I purchased tickets for an event. The app has an icon that says get tickets. You click the link it populates but that is not the actual tickets. We were not able to get in the event. We tried the virtual assistant that gives you steps including to request to have the tickets resent but that link is not available. Their policy does not allow for a refund because electronic contact to resolve an issue does not constitute contacting StubHub.

Horrible experience. Very high processing fee. I bought parking for $17, and the processing fee was $13. So I paid $30 total. You didn't get a chance to see the fee until the payment was processed. The parking lot was a mile away from the stadium and guess what?! It was $7 to pay at the spot🤬 We could park somewhere much closer for cheaper. Oh, and we bought the game tickets, you had to download ticket master so you will be able to claim the tickets. Be aware!! What a scam!

This app is pretty useless. For starters, it's only a 3rd party marketplace that connects you with sellers/buyers. They say they guarantee your purchase, but in reality, they have no power to do so, nor did they seem to make an effort in my case. After having one event canceled with no warning and then not receiving tickets to a different showing, my funds have been stuck in my in-app wallet. Refund to my card button doesn't work, customer service is no help and is giving me run-arounds.

STAY AWAY. Not an issue with the app, but with Stubhub themselves. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. We got ripped off on two separate orders for an event, and we weren't the only ones. Several others outside the event were left without tickets because they were scammed through Stubhub as well. I will never be using this company again, and you shouldn't either.

I bought two tickets on the stubhub app for the first time. First of all, outrageous prices, comparatively. My plans fell through so I was able to sell one. The way they make you sell tickets is not efficient. I provided proof of the transfer and they charged me the amount of the tickets again. Will never use this service again

Can't get into the app on ny phone. When trying to change password, I have not received a single email in the several (more than 10) times I tried. When I try to log in via Google or facejunk it says there is an error communicating. Contacted customer service via chat and was told it would be fixed and I would get an email. It's the DAY OF GAME an hour before game time and no email.

Unless you click on an option found back in the apps setting, you do NOT see the additional fees that you're going to be charged for a ticket. Once you find that link and set it up in the app, THEN fees appear on the screen under the cost of the ticket. Those kind of hidden fees made the tickets I purchased online in Stub Him more expensive than if purchased on TicketMaster. TicketMaster was forced by the government to show ALL fees along side of the ticket price. Forced honesty.

The upscale on the prices is outrageous. When I booked an added parking, the "processing and handling" cost as the parking pass. Then get there and see it's less than I paid for (even after the SH). It also said the parking was "close to venue," it was in obnoxious distance away. Don't add parking
