The note-taking feature is pretty frustrating to use. The keyboard disappears at random times, such as when you delete a line, tap "enter" and even, surprisingly, whenever you insert a quotation mark. Also, when I try a note-taking format of 1. a. b. c. 2. a. b. c. 3. a. b. c. etc. the app changes all the numbers to 1's after saving the note and going back to it. Samsung Galaxy S9+
