Does not work. Do not install. Lost my appetite, thanks Subway! I don't believe the 4.4 star rating for a second. I have never had a more frustrating app installed in my entire life. 5+ phones, 500+ apps, and I can't recall a bigger waste of time and energy. Consistently lags, bugs out, and fails to process. Utterly useless error messages. Does not accept valid cards after you "finish" ordering Astounding. Absolutely incredible that a major company has an app this dysfunctional in 2024.

Dumb app never applies my promo codes. This app is literally so annoying. Update. There was no subway there. I had to turn back, it was literally like 4 blocks away from my hotel idk why it took me out to the middle of nowhere. took me like 25 minutes away from my hotel. It takes you to the wrong location sometimes or just randomly updates where you are ordering from without notifying you. This app needs a lot of work.

I have not had as much trouble with a business promotional app as I do with the Subway app. I had issues on iOS, and now, on Android 15, it's worse. I have to sign in every single time I use it. It's broken. I always end up putting my phone number in the pad. And I stopped ever looking at the promotions, as they are always for order ahead only! I'M ALREADY IN THE STORE, A FREQUENT CUSTOMER, AND I CAN'T GET THE SPECIAL? BROKEN! Just fire the developers and scrap it.

Absolute Failure. Installed and logged in and attempted to place first order. After entering payment information and submitting order an error pops up. No order history shown, so I just gave up on ordering. THREE HOURS later, I get a notification from my credit card company that a charge has been made. App still shows zero order history. contacted Subway support and 4 days later. I got a response saying, if charge does not disappear "contact your bank or credit card company to discuss..."

The deals aren't worth it, unless it is get one footlong $6.99. You only benefit from the app if you buy subway a lot. You get 11 pts per $1 spent and need 400 pts to get $2. The app often doesn't work and will bug which makes makes the app useless. If getting delivery, they are using door dash drivers. However, you don't get any pictures like you would through door dash. So if it was stolen, delivered to wrong address, etc. you won't know and have to call the store and go to a website.

The app never lets me order food from it after my first time. There is always an error when I add the food to my cart that says, "Uh oh, something went wrong! Please try again later." It doesn't matter if I have good wifi, use my data, nor if I order take out or delivery. It's annoying because most of the deals I get are required for you to order from the app itself to get.

This is probably the worst fast food app I use. It is so slow/laggy compared the others that it is frustrating. Also, almost every time I go to login, it has forgotten my credentials, even though I have it set up to login with biometrics. So I have to type in my username then go find my password as I don't know it off the top of my head. This has caused me to choose other for services numerous times, so they are losing business due to their poor app.

Cannot Login to my rewards account, instead I now have to go in as a Guest every time. It's been like this for a month now. I've looked for a contact us, or anyway to at least let them know I'm having trouble and this is the only way I've found. Pretty sad given I like the food and rewards that are on offer. But the app is borderline unusable for me right now. I might just delete it after the 1st of the year and go back to the old way of getting my families orders, pen and paper.
