Svrha aplikacije je da policajac preko smatphone-a sa Android OS-om može pretražiti osobe na osnovu JMBG-a, automobile na osnovu broja sa registracijskih pločica.
Policajac također može izdati kaznu osobi ili automobilu tako što će popuniti par atributa kao što su za osobu: Broj osobne, iznos i opis kazne, a za automobil: Broj registracijskih pločica, iznos, i opis kazne uz fotografiju kao dokaz.
Na osnovu slike se može pretražiti automobil (prepoznavanje broja tablica oslanja se na Google ML KIT Text Recognition)
