This company fraudulently sign me up to a recurring $14.99 monthly bill without telling me. For total AV ad block. Which as far as I'm concerned is not even active. I am listed on survey monkeys page as a free subscriber with no recurring bill yet I have a years worth receipts of $14.99 a month that I cannot stop. I want this to end. Your app gives no direction or no way for any subscriber to stop these payments. I consider this fraudulent and deceitful. Obtuse and crooked.

It works well when your account is active. However, inclement weather can cause problems for your account and it doesn't work because the old account is inactive and lost. Therefore you must create a new account and unfortunately the current app version doesn't recognize the new account.

Used the app to do an end of year survey as a one-off. Paid for a one off month to get the most results, and then chose not to renew my account. Have now found 2 months later I have been charged for another 2 months, account says it is in free mode, so being charged for an upgrade I am not using or subscribed for. The app and the website are both useless when you want to cancel anything, and now I have been charged an amount my small business can't absorb. Terrible.

App has one major problem. When analyzing survey results, I am unable to view individual respondent results. I select the people icon in the upper right corner. I then choose which respondents survey to review. 90 percent of the time there are no details, just a blank screen. If I click between respondents occasionally the app will populate results. This does not occur on my PC. This one issue defeats the purpose of installing the app.

The app allows 40 answers only on the basic free mode (and that sucks), but there is a monthly subscription of 24 USD aproximately, that expands that amount to 1000 answers. It was difficult to get to the monthly subscription option though...had to google it. With that done, the app is super useful for a quick usage for over a month at least. Cheers

Initially from the outset, the app looked good, but I found the options severely limited, getting other options appears to be quite an expensive exercise, and worst of all my basic finished questionnaire didn't even work properly! So I recommend not bothering with this, saving your tine (and lots of money!) and trying some of the other better (and free) survey apps instead.

OH NO! Will NOT complete ANY more surveys!! They come with a "Reward" at the end, which usually requires just payment of shipping and handling for the item of your choice. HOWEVER, I've gotten burned by selecting rewards that turn out to be "trials", although that was NOT indicated. After receiving my reward, I'd get huge charges against my card for the "Remainder due", because I did not call to cancel the trial AND return the item. I do NOT recommend this app!

It only allows 25 (responses) on free version which is a scam and all efforts have been wasted since its not opening 40 (responses). The trail version with limited feature holding my responses is beyond understanding. I should have mentioned this in note about the trick played to compell you to paid version. Instead of user going to like and love to upgrade at liberty! An equivalent of cheap misleading tactics! 😢
