Want a free, powerful password manager? Norton Password Manager is a single solution to help manage your unique passwords in multiple ways. Memorizing complex passwords with symbols, numbers, capital letters, and more, is difficult but important to help keep your personal information secure. With Norton Password Manager, your information is encrypted, making it more secure, yet still available across your devices so you can access it anywhere. Best of all, it’s free!*

Why Norton Password Manager

• Passwords filled in a single tap
When you log in to websites and apps, it’s a smoother, quicker, and more convenient experience. Your passwords are stored in an online vault, which can be used to auto fill online login information with a single tap.¹

• Encrypted
With zero knowledge encryption and two-factor authentication, only you control access to your password vault–not even Norton can access it. These security measures help keep your data safer from cybercriminals and hacking attempts.

• Free*
Norton Password Manager is free and accessible to anyone and works on devices including computers, tablets, and phones

• Sync passwords¹
Your entire password vault can be synced and accessible across your devices.

• Biometric unlock²
Access your vault faster or recover your vault password³ using the fingerprint reader on Android™ devices.

• Password Assessment
Check if your passwords are strong and easily create new passwords or change weak to stronger passwords that are more difficult to crack

Your information stays private even from us because it’s encrypted using zero-knowledge encryption before being stored in your cloud-based vault. Your passwords and other personal information can be even more secure by enabling two-factor authentication, plus you can use the fingerprint reader on Android™ devices so you can access your vault even faster.

Creating and remembering complex passwords doesn’t have to be difficult. Norton Password Manager helps you safeguard your personal information by making recommendations to strengthen passwords, adding more security to your online, digital life.

* With the free version of Norton Password Manager, we reserve the right to limit the number of entries (like passwords) at any time. This limitation won’t affect any existing entries in your vault.

¹ Requires your device to have an Internet/data plan and be turned on.

² Only available on Android and iOS devices with Fingerprint Authentication or Touch ID/Face ID activated.

³ Vault Password Reset can only be initiated on an Android or iOS smartphone. To work, your smartphone must have the Norton Password Manager mobile app installed, set up, and connected to your Norton account, plus the Biometric Authentication (fingerprint, or Touch ID/Face ID) activated, beforehand.

USE OF ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE
Norton Password Manager uses Accessibility features provided by Android to fill credentials stored in your vault.

It's decent with web pages, works reasonably seamlessly. But it's pretty hopeless at identifying the app I'm trying to log into. Which I wouldn't mind if when it can't find a result it gives you the option to manually select a login. But it doesn't, it just says 'No logins found' and that's the end of it. So then you have to manually log into the specific app to copy and paste your username and password individually and it's all just a bit of a faff.

This might be the only app in Norton's entire suite that actually works consistently the way it's supposed to 100 percent of the time. It's fast, user friendly and makes managing passwords a breeze. You can use your face or fingerprint sign-in to easily unlock it instantly, it works with Firefox, Chrome and Edge, and it autogenerates highly secure, random passwords. Extensions are also available for automatically importing any passwords currently saved in your browser.

It doesn't seem to work with some websites even when the URL is correct or some Apps - how are you even supposed to know the name of the app instead of the URL. Also, as a suggestion, how about having a feature so that when you are being asked (either by a person on the phone or online) for specific numbered characters from your password (i.e. 3rd, 11th & 17th), so you don't have to try and scan and isolate these characters manually from the contiguous block.

It's secure with good capacity and ease of navigation, but it interfaces very poorly with Login destinations. The login destinations' data will not extract and auto save. Manual data entry is slow. Often, the goto arrow will not open the destination that the UN and PW are supposed to open. But if I go to the destination's Home and enter my same UN and PW, there's no problem. I use this PW keeper as a storage resource, but it's not practical or convenient to use otherwise.

Mediocre at best. Though they do great as far as anti-virus detection during security tests, the 360 suite overall lacks features found in most other suites. Their software also doesn't check everything and you need to piece mail add on options such as Norton utilities, Norton driver, privacy monitoring, so in the end it's way more expensive than comparable suites. Pw Mgr lacks and has issues including most of time doesn't auto populate creds in websites not apps correctly.

It's lacking many of the qualities of other products it is not nearly as easy to use. Not credit card information not for keeping your information or accessing it easily. Kaspersky is a far better product I wish you would be like them. I'm actually considering going to another company. Kaspersky's no longer allowed in the states or I would be using it.

Not so intuitive app to use. Annoying to often be asked the password for accessing the vault. Even with the right password, the app often randomly rejects it and you're left hanging dry there, not able to access your other passwords. Based on this experience, I won't rely on this password manager only

I'm absolutely tired of Nortons password manager. Twice it's locked me out because the password was wrong - the password was NOT wrong because I used it to log into the vault online. Told me the one time key was wrong too and again, no it wasn't because I'm not a fool and made sure to write it down correctly and double check it. I don't know what's going on with the app but I'm done with it. The frustration has exceeded my patience.
