This app lacks a few things. It does not allow walkie-talkie communication or playback for messages. The app frequently stops working or parts of the app stop working, like the meter that disappears and doesn't restart when force I stop the app. It randomly logs drivers out of shift, in the middle of shift. It presents too many issues.

Okay for the most part. But glitchy connecting and the map routes are far from accurate fairly often.

Some features drive me crazy. Like the disptacher not being able to put the runs in the order i am getting them.i end up not being able to see all the info from the run if its not the top run. Messages dont always come through the app from the diapatcher. Sometimes runs wont show up on my phone but it shows as timed out but it never showed up on my phone. These are just the top complainats i have.

As a professional driver I've used this app for over 6 years. The only real complaint i have about it is the inability of the driver to load multiple calls. A featute like this would be invaluable. I have worked with another program simultaneously with this one and it had that feature as well as the ability for the driver to hit a button for the pick-up or drop-off of multiple calls and it would take you directly t Google Maps for that specific portion of the run

One of the biggest problem that we are having right now is the ability to include the phone number while dispatching. If there was a way to access call log or contacts to include the phone number for a call quickly that would be an amazing solution. Our dispatch complains that it's too many steps for him to include the phone number and we offer miss out on our calls because of missing phone numbers.

Maps dosent work when using the app tried everything customer service told me to do but to no avail then they just said its my phone which isn't true as it works on other taxi apps. Problem with maps not workingis that the meyer won'twork so have to use a 3rd party meyer app.. There should also be a night driving mode on the app its too bright while driving at night.

This App is terrible. I work for a car service company and the dispatcher cannot see where I am, even though the location permission is always allowed. I tried switching between Google Maps and Waze, but it didn't make any difference. There is something wrong with the location settings of the App.

Taxicaller use to be great lightweight app, but since it has been turned into a data mining and constant tracking that logs me out often when I use other apps. I would not have this on my phone but my employer uses this app. My phone has been "buggy" since Taxicaller became a data mining app. Just got another phone. Won't allow me to log in unless I allow permissions for the app that aren't required for tracking and communication with dispatch. Never use this product but need employment
