This is the best Tagalog translator app there is, as far as I know. I don't pay anything, it's got accurate translations (even some Bisaya words), and no ads in my experience. I wish it worked offline, but that's the only minus. There's a different app called Filipino-English translator that works offline, so you might need both, depending on circumstances.

One of the best Tagalog dictionaries around! Suggestions to make it better: add the feature of saving words to be studied like flashcards; have a list of the most common 1000, 2000, 3000, etc words and the ability to study them like flashcards; a section for prefixes, affixes, suffixes and how to use them; a section for conjugating verbs. Keep up the good work! Maraming salamat!

One of the best online Tagalog to English dictionaries out there. Even as a Filipino student, it's very helpful when you need to look up "deeper" Tagalog words or look for synonyms. As of the update, there is now a "Monolingual Dictionary" for those who are looking for definitions in Filipino. I like that there is an option to search for the word in other dictionary sources, but it could be better if there was an option to download entries locally for offline use.

Best way to learn the language.

Amazing app. Super clean and intuitive user interface that responds quickly to input, results load very fast, and very detailed. Perfect complementary app to keep on the side for anyone learning Tagalog, because learning apps often don't include a proper dictionary, and this one fills that gap perfectly. As a software developer myself, I'm impressed!

This app is honestly the best app for learning tagalog despite it being just a dictionary. It has taught me more in a month than other resources in the store and on the web. I think a great addition to add though would be the ability to bookmark words, that would be incredibly helpful!

I like the service so far. It can translate tagalog for me. The downside is that there are words that are not in this dictionary. And sometimes it will direct to another word when there is a word for it. And it can only work only online, not offline. It has to be available offline like english dictionary apps

The website is the best resource around; the app -- not so much. Unlike the website, you can't tap words in example sentences to immediately get their definitions. The lack of interactivity removes everything that makes the website great. I can't see reasons to use this over the website?
