this app is such a pain. if you have location services on, it keeps trying to get you to go to different locations. it pops up so frequently that you eventually hit yes and have to start your order all over and possibly even change locations. it doesn't allow you to keep favorites or even show previous orders, though there's a place for this. sometimes your visits aren't even credited. it really needs an overhaul

The app used to work well enough although it had some problems with changing locations and no way to remove something from your cart without clearing the whole cart, but now you can't even finish ordering. It just says error retrieve customer failed.

Does this app even work? I'd get stuck on "select location." When I finally had an account, whenever I put I'm my credentials to log in, it just erases them after I hit "log in." I like the tea, but this app seems to be a trash fire that doesn't work at all...would be nice if they fixed it, otherwise I don't wanna bother going to the stores to get their drinks.

App told me the password I've used for over a year didnt meet requirements. Did a password reset like requested and was told it was all set. App says the password doesn't meet requirements. Do reset again, same message. Uninstalled, re-install, reset password, same issue. Password is between 6 and 16 characters, contains Caps and lowercase, numbers, and a special character, and is accepted by the password reset page.

Not working, the app will not let anyone finish and pay for their order. I along with several others I know have not been able to order from the app in quiet some time and now others are saying they are getting the same error. Please fix ASAP

This app has never worked for me. There is a location 10 minutes away from me and the app does not recognize any locations near me. It will not let me move past the location map.

There's a location where I live but says there's not. App worthless and won't work. Uninstalling this app immediately.

I love this app and the staff is so amazing! I love interacting with them and always having great energy whenever I walk inside the store. The app is so easy to use and very resourceful!
