Ridiculous app. I cannot log in to be able make a payment for my plan. Tried multiple different phones and same thing. "Something went wrong", "Can not display your account" and "Could not sign you in to your account, try again later". When trying to use the message for help via the app it will not progress past a white screen before showing an error.

Iwas transferred over to jb hifi mobile from telstra and told I needed to download this app to pay my bills and see service information. after downloading I can't log onto my account to see all of this information. I spoke to customer support twice to try and resolve this, both times telling me a ticket was raised and they would get back to me to resolve the issue. About 2.5 months later,still unable to access the app, still haven't heard back from customer support, but still getting bills.

I just logged on to my account and it doesn't show the balanced amount on how much is left to pay for the phone. I go back to their store and ask them. Also they don't have slightest info when they'll receive newer Oppo Reno models coming out. One more thing I like add does this company have mobile phone insurance in if the phone starts to have problems they provide and place an order for a newer version.

I have no idea what drove them to change a system that worked. This app has been nothing but problem after problem, to the point where after being with Telstra for over a decade I'll look to leave just so I don't have to deal with this thing. I have no idea how they can claim to be the market leaders in mobile, yet be this useless.

can't reset password to pay my bill on this new service I didn't sign up for. verification codes aren't sending. have been having such problems with telstra for years. probably going to get another late fee from not being able to access a defective service.

horrendous! the app NEVER works. cannot do anything! "sorry something went wrong" tried the contact us for help...guess what? "sorry something went wrong " the app is as functional as the service.

Fire your developers. The worst app, can't login. Was fixed then few weeks later, same error: can't display your account" I spend more time dealing with customer service every month resolving this reoccurring issue. UPDATE 13.5.25: still can't login, same error, bo resolution despite repeated escalated enquires with customer service. What a fail.

useless. my phone was disconnected even after I paid my bill. I messaged using the app 4 days in a row and each time I was told that my phone would be activated in 2-24 hours. each time nothing happened. it's still not on as I write this and on request they refused to call me trash
