Few bugs. Wheb trying to set a fence - the "save" disappears from the button and when pushing anyway it says "no empty" Also not able to see pictures from applications Only one picture shows, for the rest I receive messages that there os a new photo but it doesnt get uploaded the app And lastley, remote camera does not work Other than that we are satisfied

History feature is worthless. It will include lbs locations in the tracking, which means that every time your child is out of GPS reach, the app will show that they flew 5 km away. Also, very poor tracking. I set to report every minute, it barely reports every 10 minutes

Since the android 12 update, the app doesn't work at all. Before that: the history feature only exists as long as the watch is turned off. You cannot see the history until the point in time the watch got turned off (so you cannot locate a lost watch/child after the battery is out).

Does the job but there is no audio notification when you get a chat, it's not clear where you can change the avatar on the chat feature. It does work as intended though, calls are clear, geofence is good.

The latest version is terrible!!! Many time i can't open the application I have to restart the phone, and this don't help some time. Revert to previous version and next time before delivery make better QA testing!!!

The GPS is totally inaccurate. And when my kids sends me a message there is no way to know unless the app is open. No notifications. Also the remote photo doesn't work. Great product in theory but not practical at all.

The technology does not work well, location keep changing places, updates after a long time, lots of bugs. The watch and the app does not match the user requirements.

Battery is very week not keeping a lot, couple of hours, already a month can't connect the watch to my telephone, scanning the QR code, adding device resetting the watch, nothing, didn't use even 10 month, not sure about guarantee 😕
