The iPhone version of this app is much better in terms of easily setting schedules. Update- app is now flakey and unreliable. Never shows up to date info and doesn't send instructions to the hub anymore. Update- a few years on and the decice has gone flakey again. It won't connect to the servers so I can't even adjust the heating schedule. The new owner won't help unless I pay a €100+ per year subscription. Have just ordered a new controller that works. Avoid.

This is a great app and the convenience of it is fantastic. But, I would love to see the option to copy and paste the different days so you dont have to do it manually each time on the schedule or have it like an alarm clock setting, that would be easier I'd say. Also, maybe have a pink line highlighted for the day you're on as sometimes my eyes don't notice the bigger grey line. There is a section on the app saying its set to 15 mins, but nobody was able to explain what it was for.

Great concept. Poor execution. Little updating. Very finicky and time consuming to set. No way to save summer, autumn and winter usages. All has to be adjusted individually and then reset through the seasons. Also, no way to cut and paste usage patterns from one day to the next. Everything has to be adjusted individually. Please overhaul soon or I am taking out the controller and deleting the app. Is there any update on these user issues?

Got it installed yesterday and after reading the previous reviews I see you are making a good progress. Issues to note: 1.Not able to set the heating to run from 4am to 5am as the app thinks that the starting point is later than the finish. The fact that the day starts with 5am instead of midnight is a bit odd too. 2.It will always turn on when the temp is too low, no option to turn off the dependancy on current temperature. 3. Delay between app and boiler. Only 1minute though so getting there!

Basic controls work, however the survey contained in the 'hub spend' section of the app is completely broken. Rather than moving through the survey to capture required info such as unit charge etc any time the 'next' button is pressed it takes you back to the beginning. It is impossible to enter the details required for hub to report on costs etc.

Just had it installed today. Quite happy with it. Having some teething problems using it with Alexa. Called support and they said they are working on an update to resolve this. I'll update my review with the extra stars once this functionality is working. A couple of points though. When you switch on the heating from the app, it can take a good while before the app comes back telling you that the boiler is on. Also, if you use the boost function, it would be excellent if this started a countdown.

Just had it installed today. The app interface is clear and seems very functional. My only comment/criticism is not really about the app but is about the hub it's controlling: without pairing the app to a smart phone (my partner doesn't have one) you have very limited control over the heating system via the hub control mounted to the wall. I had expected to be able to set the heating schedule via the control on the wall as well as via the smart phone. The website says "smartphone compatible" not "smartphone dependant". There's no doubt that the app gives you the flexibility to do all that you need in terms of controlling the heating, so my comment is really directed at those who either don't have a smart phone or who don't want to use it to control functionality of the heating system. If I were to lose or break my smartphone, I would currently have no way of setting a schedule for the heating, I could only turn it on or off. I'm giving the app three stars because the app doesn't work in isolation of the hub.

App never works, even with WiFi being in perfect condition, being restarted, controller being rebooted numerous times and all other possible routes to attempt to fix this. Also, controller will randomly start turning off and back on without warning even days after last time rebooting, making it impossible to heat home adequately as heating also stops and restarts during this time.
