Forced to use this app by energy supplier, no desktop option. Functional, bill pay and login work. Negatives: No bill history prior to being forced onto this app. Only 1 payment method allowed. Dates in American format. No advantage over previous payment methods, must be an advantage to Kaizen to harvest some personal data off our phones.

The app dont show annual summary what you spent as previous app did. After they start sell us "democratic" energy witn increased prices they don't want us to see what we spent yearly and compare with previous years.

Price gouging thieves. This is by far the most expensive heating solution on the Irish market. Only reason people put up with with this poor app and this company's extortion is because they have no option to switch.
