Newest version requires appear on top permissions to even open it. That seems completely unnecessary. The security risk of hackers exploiting the ability to pop up scareware is not something I'm comfortable with telling my student to ignore. Most mentors only use the app to log time. Some use it for texts. Even those that still do video mentoring could turn that permission on as needed, if that's why it's needed (???). Guess we'll try the online version.

Tried to have a mentor session and it just wouldn't open the video today. Tried to chat message her instead, and she never got it. 30 min wasted trying to get this to work when I should be talking to my student about her future. Another week lost. Please don't put updates that break things more. Also, please add automatic capitalization for the first letter of each sentence when typing. This is a very basic need.

Every time you log in, it reminds you of past and future sessions, regardless of if you have already logged them or how many times you select "already logged". So, each and every time you open the app you have 1 or 2 notifications you need to waive off before you can start being productive. Also, please fix the Google calendar bug. It's already installed on my phone but the notification to sync creates an endless loop to "install" it.

Buggy. Little things like: -you click yes to add it to the calendar, and it tells you to please install Google calendar (which you have installed, use daily, and can clearly see when it opens up the Playstore window for Google cal). -you want to log a note, and it doesn't capitalize the first letter of each sentence. -promptly kills your virtual session at the end of the 30min. No warning, or chance to extend. Who chats for exactly 30 minutes and 0 seconds?

You just gave me a notification for a new update. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but notification for new update still pops up .Also I don't get the notifications that I have messages waiting from my mentee. It may be my phone but I'm not going to try to resolve this because my mentoring is complete with my senior graduating.

I have uninstalled this app twice now installed the update and still won't launch. If open and minimize to use another app and then come back to it it will crash. I have followed the instructions on the guide and the recorded webinar and still having issues, Android phone.

I do not get any notifications on my android for this app and I have checked settings. Also won't allow me to use a Bluetooth device to chat, just speaker. Now one student and I can't get the video feature to work

The app isn't working. I've tried resetting password and it keeps saying, "please use correct data." My email is correct, so not sure the issue. Please note, this is for my child who is a mentee.
