Voalte Me connects caregivers outside the hospital with Voalte One users inside the hospital. Using personal smartphones, care teams can communicate (through calling, text or alerts) and collaborate via cellular or Wi-Fi connections for access anytime, anywhere.Voalte Me gives doctors and other clinicians an alternative to standard calling and HIPAA-compliant alternative to standard texting.

Unfortunately this app does not function as well as it should as a notification tool. It sometimes does not connect and provide a notification until it is opened, and many times the "reminder" notification goes off as I have the message open and am typing a response. Also the notification sound is attached to my phone's ringer instead of the notification sound so I am unable to silence incoming calls during meetings, etc.

!!NOT USABLE!! App won't even open. Crashes every time and isn't usable. I'm a crew member on a flight team and have had to just use text messaging instead because this won't work despite being uninstalled and reinstalled and being used on a new Android device. Very frustrating. Would NOT recommend for mission critical operations.

HOSPITALS BEWARE! This app is terrible. For the second time now I don't get notifications until I open the app, so I have no idea when OR staff are trying to contact me. This is a nightmare in the clinical setting. Also I can't use the actual volate phones provided and every time I try to contact them to get that fixed i hear nothing back from them. Bad customer service, bad app, bad all around. Is I could give it no stars I would.

I've used Voalte on my LGV60 android for over a year with no issues, now notifications won't show at all unless I open the app. Very problematic in anesthesia. I tried restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, cleared all data from the app, restarted all network settings, and quadruple checked notification settings for the app. Still nothing.

It's fine. Not great, not good. It's a tool that I have to use for work. I do find it maddening that despite being used for messaging for medical professionals that the number of medical terms is extremely limited. Most medical terms are marked as incorrect spelling. The company that I work for has not even been added to their dictionary.

1). S.L.O.W. 2). Slows down devices. Operating large bases such as Epocrates when it is running is possible but notably slow. 2) it asked me to "establish a pin for the periods I am off". OK, I did that. Now it is asking for this pin EVERY SINGLE TIME. After every single messages, even if it is less than 10 sec between them. It is dangerous for patient care and has nothing to do with any "safety" and "security". Forced to use this app, otherwise would throw it away in a heartbeat.

When it works it's great...however recently my voalte me setting for "override do not disturb" is no longer working. When I first got it, it worked without any problem but seems to have stopped. My phone is a pixel 3 xl. That setting is extremely important to me.

I have experienced the same issue as others where the voalte app intermittently will stop alerting me to incoming messages. I can't reliably depend upon this app and it is endangering my practice of medicine. Please fix this app as I don't want to be perceived as rude/lazy to coworkers when I don't respond to their voaltes.
