Awesome experience!!!! They give you all the options needed, delivery, pick up, all options and are pretty fast when preparing the order. I recommend the spicy chicken fillet, trust me it's very delicious and enjoyable.

Worst experience ever..Prices are outdated, you will order something and then when they deliver the order they will demand you to pay the difference, and customer service was terrible. The food itself was the worst.

"Something went wrong" error at the last step of placing any order. Same error on iOS, and also on other apps offered by American like Pizza Hut. Ridiculous!

The app is always got a problem when you try to check out it gives you message that something went wrong after you west your time making the order and when you call the call center they say go make your order from the restaurant. WEST OF TIME AND NON PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE
