Such a shame. I have had this app a long time and found it very helpful in managing my worries. Now they've put it behind a paywall, which is ridiculous for something you can essentially do with a pen and paper. Seems immoral to change it to paywall when some people may rely on this app to help manage anxieties. Uninstalling and looking for an alternative.

The app is excellent. I've seen complaints about the cost, but it's not greed - far from it. Parts are totally free, and at roughly £15 per year, it's affordable for almost everyone in the UK. The business must have operating costs, so I'm happy to pay it. Perhaps there could be an option to sponsor the cost of someone who can't afford it. But yes, making CBT exercises digitally accessible transforms the effectiveness of the techniques for me.

This is the best app honestly for anxiety or obsessive thinking. It's very simple and has a calm design and gives the user a feeling of empowerment in their life. It would be nice if it had features in the side menu like gratitude, guided audios, sleep sounds/or a panic button for relaxation breathing like some competitor apps have. I am close to making this one my main app but I was sold on the relax/panic button with breathing exercise visuals in the other apps.

I like the fact you can add a PIN. The UI is also amazing. I love the concept of this app and how simple it is to use. Custom categories are also a really good feature. I don't really have any criticism for this app, other than that it could maybe do with some more features? Like maybe some small things such as changing the colour scheme or background of the app?

Fantastic app to help manage with anxiety! After you write down your worries, you can set a time to solve and then reflect on each worry - after just a couple days of use, I realised that every worry always has a solution and so it's a massive waste of energy & time to stress over!! :) would definetly recommend. The Pro WorryTree has an amazing gratitude section which is also lovely, it makes you sit and reflect on all the tiny joys of life that we often forget throughout the day.

I didn't think I was getting much out of my CBT sessions because adhd makes it really hard to do mental-health-homework (lol) but this app takes all those strategies and makes them incredibly user firendly. It's an easy and enjoyable way to check in properly with the science based techniques that really do work if you actually do them regularly! And now I do! because this app makes it simple and soothing rather than another thing I am stressed about not getting round to doing! Thanks so much!

This app is not easy to work with Free Everything is about money. It idea is good. I dislike it. It has challenges to work it should be free - I have Nothing homeless. It needs to be free Work with people who have challenges navigating this app better.
