Accessibility Services Disclosure: Bitwarden offers the ability to use the Accessibility Service to augment Autofill on older devices or in cases where autofill is not working correctly. When enabled, the Accessibility Service is used to search for login fields in apps and websites. This establishes the appropriate field IDs when a match for the app or site is found and inserts credentials. When the Accessibility Service is active Bitwarden does not store information or control any on-screen elements beyond inserting credentials.

I'm glad it's being worked on, but the app has still forgotten and won't remember when I tap "Autofill and save" on apps that I've already saved. It also used to fill in my bank login info, now after disabling auto fill accesibility, its only filled correctly one time. After that all autofills only in the username, and instead of being able to "Paste", that gets replaced with only an "Autofill" option in the context menu which doesn't fill anything. (and sometimes there are no context options)

Newest update has all but broken the app for me. The only way to get passwords to show up is to wait for the load screen that never changes, open the actual app, force sync, close the app, then go back to the web version that's still spinning and reload that. In addition to that the spacing and overall sizing of the entries was changed just enough to throw off my muscle memory so now when I click things it's all off and I can't tighten up the spacing like it used to be. Please fix it.

Since the latest update the app is basically unusable. Half of the time there will be a loading spinner that never goes away and you have to quit and restart the app. And they got rid of the overlay feature, so you're relying on the autofill option to show up in your keyboard autofill options, which once again, only works about half the time. Put these two things together and the latest update absolutely kills any sort of usability this app used to have.

I have been using this app with zero problems until the last update. When the update occurred it automatically logged me out. When I type in my username and password it doesn't recognize either one. I literally have hundred logging info gone. They are of no help to solve the problem. Now I have to try to recover each account separately. I suggest you stay away from this app. In response to the developer's response I have tried all of this and yes my log in from log in information is correct

Update 11/24: The app is getting hung up upon initiation after the latest update. Been using this app on all my devices for years. It works flawessly. My only complaint is that there needs to be a "Log out" button always visible on the app, for quick and easy log out. This is a security issue. It shouldn't take five or six clicks to find the log out button hidden in some sub sub menu.

Exceptional. KeePass user for 10 years, the PW and settings ported over with NO issues. Amazed at the feature set, the ease of use & real time sync with 3 devices. Do have issues with authenticator QR capture feature (new?) which does not work I have to copy/paste the txt string. Support was good but after premium upgrade, did not fix. I will stay with google Authenticator App. Not enough to take 1 star off my rating. Overall support is great, ease of use Android, Desktop & chrome widget.

Really great password manager. I'd be happy to pay $10/yr even if I didn't get anything over the free tier. It is slow to load with lots of passwords and/or bad connection. Autofill only to works 60% of the time. The vibes I get is that maybe Bitwarden is too slow to respond to the Android intent or something. Sometimes I open the app in the hopes of warming the cache before it'll start offering passwords. Sometimes I just give up after a half dozen attempts and just manually copy-paste.

Bitwarden offers solid core features but feels unpolished, especially in browser integrations. It frequently auto-fills random fields instead of just usernames and passwords, with its blue shield showing up all over during browsing. If controls for this exist, they’re buried in a confusing interface. Even the best security tool fails if the UI frustrates users. You have a good product at the core, but you guys will fail if you can't resolve bugs and provide a competent UI.
