Someone has used my email address for this app. I'm assuming it was an accident. Sadly, I get all their order confirmation and cancellation emails. I've blocked the email address they come from, but they still fill up my spam folder. It's annoying. *EDIT* I contacted support and was able to get my email address removed from their system. Thanks!

Not working at emergency time still it is not even starting to rain they close the app saying due to heavy rain we can't accept orders

Very bad experience, if we order they will deliver after 1.5 hours and if you complaint about quantity issue they will verify you and won't give any solution. Don't waste your money.

It's good app and try to add the map for navigation purpose. Also I want to notify few things in your app, 1. Its stuck when add few food items and again start over the order. 2. Try to add some additional information about the food and pictures of it. Also I found some others, defects in your app, I will write you in my free time. Thanks for the service. Good luck team.

Delivery is good and very helpful during this lockdown time...only concern for me is the App UI needs a simple design... Single tap feature needed, when we add item it should automatically added to cart. We should not tap again add to cart button. This is annoying and please load ur server with some more resources.. App getting Hung.. am using latest Android version 10..

Food Ordering app for and from CHIDAMBARAM is a long awaited one. My first order happened to be a memorable one as wrong item was delivered by the hotel side and to rectify that they sent the original order and also never charged anything extra for the wrong item sent to me. They gave it as a compliment for the mistake happened from their end. Its a goood gesture. Support team from the app was also very responsive and they kept updating until I received my order. I strongly recommend this app.

Great app to order food from almost all restaurants in and around Chidambaram. From the time you order till the food delivery we do get notifications and we can track our order. There are no glitches in this app so far. Delivery boys do a good job they're fast and efficient. Keep up with the good work.👍 One Suggestion If the app can support orders from multiple restaurants with a single checkout it could be easier for us.

Now a days we have to give lunch order in breakfast timing itself, then only we will get order on time... Going worst.. zaarozs. Taking more than one and half hours for a delivery
