Can't apply through app, loads endlessly and screen times out (longer than 10 minutes of loading with no result). Edit: Computer worked fine, phone app was faulty. Rating reduced to 1-star, it forces a phone number which means that anyone you try to apply with can easily contact you OUTSIDE of zillow, which allows those who rent out/sell to sidestep zillow's terms of use since everyone just immediately contacts you through your phone instead of responding via zillow.

It's okay. The app can be a little clunky and hard to navigate. I'm a little miffed that there's a renter profile, but not a buyer profile - all of my saved searches and saved homes are for homes or lots with more than 10 acres, so clearly I'm looking for acreage. And yet the vast majority of the "recommended homes" are houses on less than an acre of land, right in the center of town. Even after hiding DOZENS of these recommendations, I still get notifications for other similar properties. Ugh!

I really liked the app when I first started using it. My realtor is very slow at times and I'm able to see listings and send them to her instead of waiting around. That being said, I noticed in the last week or so, I'm no longer able to see details about the property, only seller notes. So now I have to wait around rely on my realtor to send me basic information, wasting both of our time.

I tried to sign up, but it doesn’t allow me to copy and paste my email, which is frustrating. I find this unnecessary and inconvenient. Additionally, I don’t want to link my Facebook or Google account just to sign up. While many companies push for this integration, I prefer to have control over my own account and privacy. It would be great if there were a more flexible sign-up option."

buyability feature is bad. once you put your data in, you cannot change it for each property. I should be able to put the down-payment percentage and not the dollar amount so i can get accurate monthly payments for each property that i look at. the other option is to be able to delete the data and go back using zillow without it so I can see the estimated payment with 20% down. now I wish I never put in my info on buyability because I can't delete it.

The dumbest, most user-unfriendly app I have ever had the misfortune of using, & their desktop site isn't much better. Not only do they bombard me with promotional emails about rental listings nearby, but whenever I click on one, it redirects me to the filtered results of properties for sale so that it can tell me the rental I clicked on isn't on the market. I've already found a place to rent on my own, or else this would be even more infuriating. Unsubscribing isn't possible, either.

I set my parameters for home purchase but the app defaulted my max to twice the amount. as if I could give 90% of my paycheck to a mortgage OR there was another person chipping in. if either we're the case, the data I PROVIDED would've been higher. (260k) but they want me looking at houses around 440k. Why?!?! fix your data sets! also, I'd like to see my favorites in map view, not just list view.

Horrible ui. it moves the screen any which way after backing out of a listing in map view. Also inconsistently shows homes that are cash only and on leased land without proper was to filter it. doesn't open the listing for the house tap on and then covers it with the one you didn't want to see. has people posting their boat docks for sale as "houses".
