Zocdoc is an incredible tool for patients to get healthcare needs met without the guesswork of making tiring, repetitive phone calls. I was able to research multiple providers, and with a simple click, schedule an appointment with one I liked. I could see whether or not a provider took my insurance, and I can even choose providers who do video visits. And since I work full time, I can do it all in my free time after office hours!

If you're not into making calls to verify if Dr's in your network have available appointments this is easily the best app for it in all fields. It even helps you track your appointment types for annual things as well. I used it to find my dentist, pcp, psych, and surgeon for breast reduction all with no calls. They also send reminder text and emails to keep up with appointments

Used once before, went well enough. This 2nd time, I was looking for a same day dentist for a toothache. Put in my insurance, find a doctor nearby, and book the appointment. I called to verify something minor and learn that the office isn't even open for my appointment time. The office is closed alternating Mon. and Tues. I don't know if this is an issue with the doctors office or the app listing, but.. always double-check that the office is even open for your appointment.

I like the convenience of the app. They aren't up to date with what insurance the physicians take. You can book an appointment and then next thing you know you get a notification that it is cancelled because they don't take the insurance. Also the scheduling of the appointments are off. I could have it at 11:05 am and the office will say they don't schedule like that and that it's every half hour which can cause confusion from patients and physicians.

Unfortunately, Horrible. I scheduled a doctor's appointment for for dermatology and psychiatry. They said they accepted my insurance. Scheduled for video appointments, they said they accepted it but when I called Zocdocd answeree and said no. After filling out so many forms it caused some much stress 😔 how disappointing and lazy on there end. Don't recommend unless they change this issue.

I dont like to leave any bad reviews! But i am A medical professional and I have found that apps like this are for doctors that have a hard time getting patients, or can't join a practice. As I spoke to many doctors I found out, as fsr as I go, I had a very bad accident at the gym recently and I was in need of a prosthodontiss and, prosthodontists are so specialized and this app that in the number of patients that they have for them it is usually word of mouth that gets them the patients!

Absolutely. Have taken us away from certain issues that could be resolved. Virtual opposed to not being able to be in person. It's a great app.

It does not save medical insurance information even after adding it 3 times. It often shows ghost appointments. It's okay when it works but does not for the most part.
