App doesn't work. Unable to log in. Says this customer unavailable to use smart h8b yet I keep trying. At times payment is made using a card and bank I've not used in a year but I've yet to figure out how to remove old info. Doesn't happen very often but when it does, I'll get a notice (thankfully) that says I've not paid. Probably some easy fix bit with brain damage from long covid. Might take me awhile.

I mean we all need our water and power. And not really given a choice. But when on prepaid, and charged more on the weekends if shut off. It's not okay to do. I mean the people all ready had a shut off because more than likely short on cash. So bpu takes more. Or they go all weekend without power. I mean come on. What if they have kids. Have a heart bpu and stop charging more when really without customer service, they are getting less.
