I've had OEC for 5yrs & have never had a problem w/ them. Wherever we do experience electrical issues (which are rare), service is restored relatively fast. The app however is very inconsistent. Sometimes it will recognize my password but most of the time will not. It also refuses to accept my account #, name, & email.

Pitiful excuse for a major service app. Constant login errors forcing password resets and it also disrupts online login. Without app Online login works fine but it's hard to navigate usage data online so I would love to use the app and get daily use averages like I used to before the app went to pot. You would think they would do a better job since most ppl , like me, just want to make a payment.

I can't get my account to update it's still showing September 26, 2020 January 28, 2021 I hate this app To get up to date information I have to Uninstall then Reinstall to get an up to date account. Every time I try and check my usage I can't unless i Uninstall app. Would you Please fix this.

I have reinstalled it several times. Deleted my CC numbers and added them back in, and I still cannot make a payment on this app. Totally worthless.

The app is pretty basic. Needs more contact features, needs a q&A system where you can ask questions and get answers directly from employees of the company. Also needs a forum for customers to talk back and forth with other customers.

Provides 0 info on how to use the fiber . Very minimal faqs. Does refer you to install and use OEC fiber support app. But that is not helpful either.
