App works a little slow, but as advertised. Control never seems to be lost, but the DIY customization does not seem to work. There is no real instruction on how to use certain features, and it turns into a "trial and error" session, most often not having a successful outcome.

This app constantly loses connection with my whips, barely works correctly when it is connected, and the music sync function doesn't work at all.

The app is a little confusing. I scroll up choose the only option for my whips no way to save it. The next time I go in I have to choose them again. Doesn't stay connected. Random patterns get stuck. Won't turn on or off . Get home unistall the app reinstall it take my whips off put them back on turn the machine off turn it on all of a sudden it responds. Very annoying for the money I spent. Fix this .

The app doesn't connect to my lights more often than not. So I'm either stuck with them on or off for days at a time. I've done everything to disconnect and reconnect everything but nothing works. Still waiting for an app update. Not sure why this hasn't happened. Stingers been in the game for a min but I guess I'll just stick to buying stinger wire only

The app worked fine for a while then it quit connecting with my lights I cannot get the app to show where they're connected or unconnected so I can use the handheld device that came with the light sticks but that's all because the app will not work. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it and when I hit the light feature for it shows in the gray area where the little chain is showing connected or disconnected it doesn't show up please fix the damn app!

My lights will go from what I set them on to an entirely different color (light blue) then after a while change to another color (red) then I can't change the color or even turn the colors off. We've contacted the seller and hopefully we can get this issue fixed. Plus the actual remote never worked.

I am no longer able to connect to my wheel lights.The app has turned from blue with one vehicle into a black and red background with two a t v's at the bottom ..smgdh, fix this pls
