Horrible it crashes if you try to look through the dvds, so you can never see all if any dvds you want. Sighs you can't even choice to look through what you want. JUST DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS APP

After several years of enthusiastic use, this app recently disappeared from my Pixel phone and could not be re-installed. A reply from the developers to a similar problem/ complaint from another Pixel user encouraged me to keep trying to re-install it. Today I succeeded! It is tremendously useful, easy to use and important to me. Thanks for a great app!! It lets me search and request holds, check books out, and see my previous checkouts.

App disappeared from my phone, cannot reinstall. I see others with the same phone are having the same problem. Developer's response is to do an update. I can't do an update if I can't install the application!! Please fix this, the app was fantastic to use prior to this issue. I'm so disappointed. The issue is on the developer's end, not the user's. 😔😔😔

Update: the latest update of the app has fixed the issue. Now working as it should. I've had this app on my phone for about two years with no issue. Recently it simply disappeared from my phone without any action on my part. I have repeatedly tried to reinstall it without success. I keep getting a message saying "cannot install the app".

Really like this easy to use app. Didn't like the recent update that automatically changed my home library to one I only pick up books from. My home library is actually elsewhere and no option to change this setting. A real pain as I can't see the events now in my actual home library. Would suggest a wish list option to save books etc that can't be held or you want to borrow at a later stage.

The app constantly logs you out and then forgets your pin number. Attempting to change the pin number causes the app to crash

Stupid design of the app. Plus the website has been ruined recently with a failed change of format. Why attempt to fix things that dont need fixing? Its as bad as the attempt the change the holds systems inside libraries too. Absolutely horrible. Go back to the way things were about 2 years ago, the systems were fine. Simply put, the Loan Systems for the libraries on site and online are getting worse and worse. I used to enjoy borrowing items at my local library, now its becoming an annoyance.

Guys, what has happened to this app? I have used it for years, on iPhone and Android, and loved it. Recently it stopped refreshing, showing items I had returned, so I tried to reinstall. Well now I can't connect to the app at all. It just keeps telling me that I have no connection to the internet. Please go back to the older format of the app!
