Great company but the app does not quite work for me. It often gets stuck, buttons do not always work to move onto the next stage when booking sessions which means having to exit and re-enter sometimes numerous times. The map is in Dubai but will sometimes give the error message that operations are only in Dubai when the point on the map is in Dubai. Grateful that my trainer does my booking for me as using this app can really be frustrating at times.

The look and feel is fantastic but for my device I feel it has a few inconsistencies. Sometimes the scheduled session is not visible. I don't get the relevant notifications for accepting the session. Couple of time even after accepting the session it does not update the trainer's application.

Amazing app to book your PT session in Dubai. could find my favourite trainers and it's very convenient as you can always pick a different location, type of workout or even trainer whenever needed. Used it for many months and still using it.

Very bad customer service from the Enhance staff plus they will try only to take money from you after you register and pay, you see from them another face and another bad service. I don't recommend any one to make any registration or to get any service from them because that will be the bad idea for spend money.

The app is user friendly and simple to navigate. But I've found that it freezes when in use on wifi. Requests and such will only go through when phone is switched to data.
