This is the worst app I have ever had the misfortune to use. It is impossible to enter an OTP to access the thing because the block is obscured by the Resend OTP button on the left and the Next button on the right. So it's impossible to enter the OTP and the user is thus locked out the app. Although, with a kWh rate of R7.70 it's quite possible this stupidity with the buttons is intentional. Final opinion on Citiq Prepaid Tenant App: I'd rather have haemorrhoids.

This is the most expensive electricity I've ever used. The units keeps dropping almost everyday. This month alone I've spent R750 by far on this expensive electricity and it's already finished. I spend most of the time at work, I hardly use electricity but when I start using it, it's like I'm using it with my neighbors or something. It flies like nobody's business!!! 😤😤😤

I did samsung switch .new phone just freezing at the opening...stuck forever. reloaded and installed again..

Whilst the app is easy enough to use and ad free, it constantly freezes at the payment page. It's shown to be quite unreliable over the period of time and a safer option would be to just buy in large quantities and top up a few days before running out, if you're on this app.

This app is useless. Tried for a whole werk already to buy a token for electri ity and it keeps on telling me the page or service is not available. In the meantime my electricity is running out and I cannot top it up. It was one helluva schlep to get registered too. You cannot even SEE what your password is so that you can be sure to type it in correctly.
