Still can't work after trying three times uninstalling and reinstalling. Utterly unusable. Kept telling me there is a new version but i downloaded it straight away from google play store. Not going to visit this coffee shop anymore

Can assure the coffee is better than other competition, but please for the love of god add "notes" feature on the app. Learn from the so called first unicorn FMCG, even their trash coffee can be customizable with"notes" feature. Please to the devs and product team, for the love of god, add "notes" feature!

The app is quite useless. I took 15mins to place order due to so many errors. You can't even see which items the vouchers are valid on.

I ordered delivery online through this app, and it took 1.5 hours for the store to prepare my order! I contacted the support center, and they mentioned the store was busy, but still, 1.5 hours? I've been ordering from Fore routinely for a while, and this experience really disappoints me and it's probably time switch my daily coffee. Maybe the app should notify customers if the store is busy and orders might take longer?

Actually, the coffee is so good. the service at the shop is also nice. but the apps is really not a good experience. too slow respon in every action i did. login, sign up, add to cart, seeing the card, seeing the product detail, etc. please upgrade the UX too, i have to open the product detail to delete it from my cart? it is not a good UX.

Actually it has better features than other similar coffee shop apps. Used it 4 times and the apps worked really well. Even I picked delivery service once from the apps. Unfortunately last time I ordered, my status hadn't change for 1 hour (still waiting for payment while I have sufficient balance in my Gopay). I have contacted the operator via Whatsapp and it said the order will be canceled automatically in 1 hour, but it didn't. So disappointing. I hope they'll fix it in the future.

The app looks nice, but there are some things that bother me. The promo/voucher page sometimes looks like it's empty, but it's actually fetching data, and appears 2-3 secs later. Care to add a progress bar? The responsiveness, sometimes it seems like there's a few seconds of delay upon clicking. Awful. Most important: PLEASE make a notes feature, like for less ice or less sugar. There IS one, but it's for tissue & straw. Does drink quality have less importance? Hope to see the improvements!

This app are awesome! Fore is the answer for those who need coffee and have to commute fast. I can order my coffee while I'm still in the train and pick up my coffee when I arrived at the station. However they need to improve the UI, its a bit slow, I thought it cause my connection but apparently not. And I usually bring my own tumbler, I wish they put an option like the straw option.
