Worst experience buying this digital meeqat as it created the problem everyday in masjid because of its uneven change.sometimes clock is slow by some minutes and main issue is, it is changing fajr azaan abruptly by 5 minutes...technician already changed some parts of it but the issue is not resolved. When i try to contact them again they make excuses and disconnect the call...i cannot imagine that a company can provide these religious products without hiring best technicians and software enginee

I'm try hard to connect my mobile app with Abdullah salah time indicator but couldn't. I called your assistant number which given at indicator so many times but he is not receiving my call. Even other two numbers I've tried but result were same. How can you say that you will provide best service.

Hey Create an app that collects the time data of every salah of different mosque where the Abdullah clocks has been installed and shows in that app this will help other to know that exact time of salah in a particular mosque No you didn't get it i mean when the emam connect the app to clock and updates the time the data changed is send to the clock similarly it send the data to your servers and update them in the app

Your promise for updation of Urdu and Arabic languages seems to be a dream. Please update both of them. Also there are very less words typed in the Special function like Ayat of the day,Hadith of the day and other messages. Kindly make it convenient for accommodating more words so that large ayats, Hadiths and message can be typed without any difficulty.

Ayat of the day and Hadith of the day does not support properly and masjid name many times also got missing...after restarting the device masjid name displays please improve this immediately..and all the pending options should improve immediately ...There should be proper updation on regular basis , Rest all options are good and very easy to use May Allah bless you and All the Muslim Ummah and May Allah have mercy on us, Thank you very much and I hope my request will be entertained very soon....

I am trying to change colour of timing available on the clock. But whenever I click change colour option in the app, the app send me back to my mobile home screen ( Get exited from the App)

The app after the update (Jul 2023) seems not to open at all! Every time it tries to connect to the clock and closes abruptly. Please do something, not able to change any timings at all.
