dreadful company. ordered food which never arrived, the takeaway was literally closed and not answering the phone yet they still refused a refund. had to claim back via my bank. Just use just eat or foodhub instead and save yourself the hassle. absolutely abysmal service.

The app won't accept my password, and I've tried changing it twice. Neither do any other apps tied into the FeedMeOnline back end. It works on the website; I can only think that the app doesn't support certain characters in complex passwords.

Although the app could do with some work, I had an issue where I got charged twice. It's frustrating that the money is charged twice however the support team have been really helpful with this issue. Although I may not use this app in future I cannot flaw the support team

Paid for my order online. Order and Payment went through instantly. Restaurant cancelled my order. No confirmation of any refund from this app. Told will take 3 to 5 working days to get my money back and I should get confirmation once they have processed my refund. Why can you accept a order and payment instantly but when you mess up it is the customer who has to be put out. Not even able to send confirmation that I will get my money back. Don't let these monkeys play with your money!

WARNING. BE ON YOUR GUARD. i placed an order last night with a takeaway and my bill was £17.96 with the added service charge and delivery fee. the food got delivered only for the restaurant to add delivery fee on aswell making my payment £18.96. messaged them thru FB PM and they said they'd be with me......... Sunday afternoon now and no contact!!! appalling behaviour. UNDER GDPR RULES I REQUEST YOU REMOVE EVERY BIT OF DATA THIS APP HAS AS I CANNOT FIND WHERE TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT.

One feature I highly enjoyed with this app is the accurate times I've had when ordering, even if my order was going to be late or a problem may have occurred I am notified and not left In the dark. I highly recommend!

Holy effing sizzling alpaca, I ordered from Persian Bite and it says COLLECTION ONLY, the app itself says that orders are only for collection, but then as I was about to proceed payment, it charges me £3.50 for delivery. I cannot cancel the delivery whatsoever, as much as how asinine it is to charge me FOR DELIVERY when we all know the restaurant only says collection. Touch grass, Feed Me Online. Leave this delivery app to the pros like Deliveroo and UberEats, go get a decent job instead.

INFLATED PRICES! App offers "20% OFF" on local takeaway but when you check the takeaway's own website you'll see that the prices listed on this app are already inflated by 20%!! This is deceptive and possible against the law! If its not, it should be! I won't be using this app as I feel like I'm being conned.
