doesn't work. all data is gone. can't login, doesn't even show any message, just keep you on login page with disabled buttons. I created new account, it doesn't save profile. again doesn't show any error and doesn't let me go further too. very very bad experience.

Has the company shut down or what? The app and device have stopped connecting and the app is not taking weight and body logs from machine @Team, Kindly fix this issue where the weight shown on scale is not being tracked and saved on app.. it keeps tracking weight with the circle moving with current weight shown on scale > to app's BODY COMPOSITION section (the circle keeps moving but doesn't stops and saves weight, due to which it does saves the weight and other information log into the app.

Totally Useless App. Absolutely Unusable. Uninstalled and Installed again. Impossible to Log in for that matter cannot even Create an Account. All my Data of Last 2 Years gone waste. I hope they tell us how to retrieve same. ( Further Update from my end) Still no Update for the Rubbish Application. Last Update 09 October 2023. Application is absolutely not Working since atleast 1 year now. So weighing scale of bo use.

Worst experience ever. I have been a business user for past 4 years of this company. These people don't ever respond to issues even when complaining to them on calls, WhatsApp or mails etc. I bought two scales and one of them stopped working & even after asking multiple times over the last one year where can I get that repaired they haven't even told where to send it to be repaired. What kind of service is that. The app doesn't work most times, sometimes report aren't generated. Pathetic

Well now the app mandarorily asks for all kinds of permissions including location, phone audio video files camera and what not. It's like it's trying to just extract the most personal data from the device, despite already storing super personal data of weight height and other body measurements. The UI was already bad and now this. Makes a complete fulfilling reason to uninstall the app.

Absolutely pathetic app. The motto ahould be to make the device use easy and not complicated. The app just wont go past the registration screen and when you enter the OTP, it will say invalid otp. If you somehow do go past this, the health screen will not load. Its a shame that we are unable to use the device even after actually paying for it.

Not connecting at all. Bluetooth is on. Actofit smart scale is activated. When I purchased there was only one version Actofit smartscale. Now there are several versions and I do not know to which version my Actofit Smart scale corresponds. When I scan with Actofit smartscale home it returns with a comment that Actofit smart scale won't connect and directs me to a help page. That page is of no help. It is so frustrating.

everything is okay only software issue. sometimes software is not working properly and I have many times try to contact customer care but there is not any response. I never to recommended to anyone buy actofit product
