It has great shows, and the app works well, so there no complaints there. I only got it to watch the walking dead, so after I finished the show, I really didn't have any other shows i was into, so I tried deleting that app. Although they'll let you order the subscription through your phone, they will Not allow you to cancel your subscription through your phone. Not everyone owns a computer, so why inconvenience people like that? They make it difficult for you for no reason. So 4 out of 5 star

I love AMC, hence why I subscribed to the AMC+ app. However, the app is absolutely horrible. Randomly freezes, randomly closes, will just sit and act as if it's loading for 10+ mins. I thought maybe it was my phone or my WiFi, but after looking at the Google Play reviews and after doing some Google searches, I was happy to hear it's not on my end. It's terrible enough to where I'll be canceling my subscription. It's too frustrating. I'm no expert, but my advice? Hire a new app developer.

So far, I've seemed to have dodged everything I've seen people complain about for this app. The only gripe I have is that there is no video resizing options and everything is in a small rectangle in the middle of the screen. If they could fix that, it'd be perfect. I'm on a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G running One UI 6.1/Android 14. Besides that, I love the ad-free content I'm seeing for the same price as Peacock with ads. It's definitely got more than horror but not much more outside of that.

Terrible app, my continue watching list is never correct. It keeps showing movies and shows that I haven't even watched and saying they are like halfway watched already... Then it'll show just one movie in my continue watching list and it's still not even a movie I have watched. They continue to change but are never the things I have ACTUALLY watched. Searching for things doesn't yield results Even though the shows or movies are absolutely on the app. The selection is good, but the app sucks

The absolute worst app I've ever used. I paid for the ad free subscription and still see ads on the Live TV part of the app. I emailed customer service and couldn't speak to an actual human being. Only responses were from a bot. That didnt help. I have to see the Burger King commercial over and over again, on an endless loop more than 10 times, in less than 2 minutes. I just have to mute the TV. I Got AMC plus for Fearfest but will be cancelling by subscription after October is over with.

Awhile back I got AMC+ to watch the last season of Better Call Saul and the app was so bad I couldn't use it on my phone or TV. I canceled and recently decided to try it again to watch the walking dead spinoffs. I keeps crashing. Also, you can't even view a series page if you wanted to go forward or back to a specific episode, so you better be prepared to watch from the very beginning to the very end and not miss anything. Probably the worst design flaw i've ever seen in a stream service.

Can't cancel in app (told to cancel through app store) can't cancel through Google play (the store where I get my apps). If I attempt to log in on chrome browser on my phone, it kicks me into the app. Where again, I cannot cancel. I will be disputing the last several months of charges with my credit card provider.

Annoying app. I subscribed to AMC+ mostly for Shudder but it's a better deal to use this app. But the user interface sucks. If I want to go to a series it defaults me to an episode and I can't just select the episodes from a list. Really janky app. I also miss the individual love streaming channels for shudder. I wish I could use my AMC+ login on the Shudder app as it's way better designed.
