Can't type in the username and password boxes, so I can't even sign in. Click the box and start typing and it just flashes instead of accepting the text input. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, nothing. Very, very frustrating.

What an awful app. For a company as profitable as them, you would think they could hire some good app developers. Half the functions don't work, I have to do a code authentication every single time I open it, the share function on the card id doesn't work, when you click on any of the doctors info it doesn't work. Just an all around awful experience.

I'm literally unable to input my login information. Multiple devices, so I know it isn't the phone. It will not allow me to type a single thing. Restarted phones, re-downloaded the app, changed from wifi to network. Nothing worked. How am I supposed to access my information?

Terrible app! Constant problems logging in. Have to recover password and change multiple times because once changed it still says "does not recognize" When I finally am able to log in and attempt to get a verfication code I get the pop up "We're sorry, unable to send verification code" RIDICULOUS!

I don't have to look up the Docs in my area. There listed on the app with names phone number and address. For someone with TBI that is a great help.

I love BCBSTN because of the coverage and it's been great for me. It offers a lot of things that elder people need to be able to survive in this life. But I got a letter telling me about the benefits for 2025 they were changing and taking things away from us. The flex card is a blessing but they are cutting something off of every benefit it offers. The allowance to help with food, utilities and OTC went down on all of it. Some of us depend on it to get through the month. Please don't change it.

The loading times for the app make it useless, just use your desktop to schedule an appointment.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Beware of paying on the app. I paid 1 bill(the first one after downloading) on the app and 2 months later I just had to pay a collection agency because my payment was NOT accepted and returned. I just got the refund following a email. I had no reason to believe it wasn't paid. I thought this was a wonderful idea. I was completely wrong. I hope no one else has this issue. Please check with your billing provider before checking it off.
