The new app UI looks great and definitely way easier to use than before. But updating the app caused me to be logged out... I don't think that was expected?

Really great, user friendly app. I love adding holds through here and getting texts for when I can pick up. One issue though. All recent updates have automatically logged me out and repeatedly stated my credentials are invalid (even though the information is accurate). I generally have to restart my phone several times before it'll register the card. It almost makes me not want to update the app! Any fixes on this bug would be fantastic.

I love the LAPL, but this app provides a lesser experience than the mobile website. Ideas for Improvements: - Catalog search field on the main page. - Ability to easily set a Home Library (or a few) for filtered events and easier holds. - Search for my library card/account to register. - Book recommendations Bugs: - Login page doesn't automatically close after successful login. - Hitting enter doesn't always complete forms, you sometimes have to press the submit button.

This app recently had a major overhaul. It's easier to use, it's looks better, overall it seems so much better. Except for the fact that every single day since I installed the new version I get a notice that the app has crashed. Even when I haven't had the app open in multiple days.

Sorry, couldn't find contact for developer so this was only way to flag major bug. This app constantantly crashes my bluetooth. App must have some background service on all the time because I get messages that both LAPL and bluetooth have failed even though the app is not in use. I tried disabling permissions and notifications but no change. Had no choice but to uninstall though I still access LAPL e-collection via Libby. I have LG V20 with Android 8.0.

The app gets stuck all the time and crashes on my android. It was working just fine until the last update, but since then, I've been unable to see or manage my library holds on the app for months. Please fix it!

What I care about library loans is to be reminded when my holds are almost expiring. I rent a lot of children books, and one can easily forget. Well, there is no option to do that in the app.

I love the library because I get various forms of the present book. I get an audiobook, a hard cover, a disc on tape so no matter where I am I have access to my latest book. Pretty much any book I choose is available. The staff is great as well.
