I keep getting errors saying "unable to process your request" or "low signal" even when I and the charger have a signal. It also displays "NaN" under my charging statistics and doesn't show my balance. Only way to fix it is reinstalling the app. And I know the chargers have a signal because our building manager installed access points just for them that I can see on my phone.

The complex where I live installed these several months ago. I've been using this app and the system with no issues to date. I'm waiting for the capability for the chargers to negotiate the current sharing on demand when two chargers are being used on the same circuit. Simple to use and has been consistent.

Additionally: They charged me $60 only to reverse it a few minutes later. Not sure what that's about but hope you have a spare $60. They just want to steal your phone number and sell it under the guise of "needing" to update you. Does not matter if you use app or website they try to strong arm you.

A terrible app from an overpriced service, Chargie is only good at charging you money. In the 2 years since their chargers were installed in my apartment complex, chargie has raised rates and added processing fees. What was once .28/kwh increased to .32/kwh + .35 processing fee and 3.5% of the transaction total, raising it to a minimum of .34/kwh with fees. I will be seeking public chargers from now on.

Easy to use and works every time. The last version I had an issue updating my credit card, but that had been fixed in the latest release. They also added a billing history which is a big upgrade.

It won't let me change payment method. The subscription fee should be separate payment or gone for good. If not, No taking subscription fee out of the charging funds!

App makes you download it and add money before it tells you how much it costs to charge, which is a violation of Google terms of service. You should be able to browse and scan a charger and get a rate and THEN decide to add money or not.
