Overpriced, inconsistent, and always takes at least 2 hours. The menus are incomplete, and some restaurants listed don't allow them to deliver. I have placed several orders just to find out an hour later that it was canceled and I didn't get a refund. If you have any other options to get food, use the other options. I wish I could rate less than 1 star. Delivery to base is a fantastic idea, but chowcall executed it horribly. Someone, please steal their idea and do it better.

Asides from the fact that it takes nearly two and a half hours to get my food consistently, they really need to add more restaurants to the selection. I've got a choice of 5 places, 4 of them are burger joints. Asides that the fees are extremely high. An extra 10 in specified fees (included in the subtotal), driver tip (tbf is optional), and always a mysterious 10 or 20 dollars extra in surprise charges that aren't included in the total.

I got the app since it can deliver on base. First, the fees are ridiculous! I could drive to any restuarant (in town) back and forth and still save up on those fees. Second, food is expensive almost twice more expensive. But the thing that set me off was that my total order including tip was $38 but my card was charged $58...that's a whole $20! I want my money back!

This service was very helpful for being stuck at a building on base all night. I really liked how easy it was to input the building and room locations, more so because of the fact that military building aren't always friendly for delivery services. That wait time was a little high, but they made it clear before hand how long it would take and being that I couldn't leave, I did not mind it. Will definitely use this service again.

So they let their drivers pick up multiple orders at a time which wouldn't be an issue (I understand people need to make money) but they let them pick up 3-5 orders at a time which ends up in me getting my food an hour and a half later. PLUS I don't know if anybody has noticed but if you compare prices on the app to an actual menu at one of the restaurants they add an extra dollar or two to every item plus the delivery fee and tip.

I Ordered a $12 meal and my total went to $24 for the tip and delivery fee. I checked my banking app and was charged $34 for a $12 meal that was supposed to have arrived over an hour ago not sure where that extra $10 came from. I can't cancel the order and tried reaching out and haven't gotten any response. Honestly not sure what I'm tipping other than horrible service... at this point I'm just hoping to at least get my food before I uninstall this scam of an app...

Overall my experience with this app has been horrible. I installed it with the hope of placing an order that could be delivered to me on base and brought to my door, as I'm pregnant and do not have access to a vehicle right now. There is no accountability or contact with the driver as mine was shown sitting at the exchange for 5 minutes, the tracking also malfunctions. I am unable to see where my order is as the map cuts out. I was also overcharged by $20.

I give it two stars only because they deliver on base. They're over priced and rarely deliver the food by the projected time(my order was an hour late once). Also the app will randomly reset the tip slot to 18% when your not looking. All in all if someone else wanted to start an on base delivery food service the market is ripe and the bar is low.
