What a mess. This app barely work. It's been hanging and crashing ons startup for more that a month now and there's just no workaround. There's no warning or error message of any kind, it just crashes. Reinstalling didn't work. Clearing the app data and catch didn't work. I reached out to their support, but never heard back from them.

The app sometimes doesn't work, Takes very long to give codes sometimes, There's no way of knowing if your visitor has entered the complex, this should form of notification back to the user should be added as part of the app. Very signal related as well. What happens if I don't have signal or Bluetooth doesn't work? I can't use it at the gate or get a code.

App is slow. Requests Bluetooth when it's not needed (only needed for boom control). Accessing the app whilst driving is a hazard - taking eyes off road. Boom control only works when stopped right at the boom, not on approach. Needs a 5 digit pass code at every start up. Inconvenient and also do we really need that Fort Knox level of security?

Stared off very well. I downloaded it for the sole purpose of generating a Code. It was quick and I could customize my codes. Then... I struggled to login. Then I'd login and it would get stuck. Then the app would just shut down a second after I click on it. Even worse, we can't get any assistance from ClickOn. BAD BAD BAD BAD.

The developers of this app really need to get their act together. too many bugs, codes dont generate half the time, delayed notifications, UI outdated.

Useless app ever. Frequently doesn't want to generate the code and it is extremely slow.

This app has multiple issues. 1. Support button does not work 2. Need to extend Bluetooth range 3. Sometimes you are unable to logging 4. When you are able to logging the app takes a long time to launch 5. Should be Android auto and Apple carplay compatible, users should not be on their cellphones well driving... this is a safety hazard 6. Often unable to register network but cell signal is 4g

Does not work when requesting a code most of the time. In the event it does not work you have to wait while it loads and error message appears to then send an sms through. A process that took a 5 to 30 seconds before now takes a few minutes. I guess its not much of a difference but no point having the app if you have to request a code via sms in the end. 2 stars. Update 9 months later I have to make this 1 star as it has some how become worse sms system doesn't work.
