Update 04/08/2025: once again they've implemented an update that completely destroys the system. I can login with this update, but now none of my local Cumberland Farms can recognize smart pay. Literally pick any other gas station for rewards. Since redesign the app barely works. It used to be fine, now it doesn't even function. Edit 7/29/24: Now they're emailing saying there's a new update that will fix all the issues. That update does not exist and the app still doesn't work.

While it worked it was great but then out of nowhere it reverted back to an older version and won't let me update it to the most current. It's rather frustrating after having points saved and certain deals available. I guess I'm thankful for the free coffee but if the app doesn't work I have no need for it to stay in my life. Hopefully one day it'll work right.

Can't log in anymore. Put in my credentials and then asks me to setup 2 factor authentication all my info is correct and auto filled and I can click complete to move forward. There's no way to decline or setup later making the entire app unusable. 1/15/25 update: I emailed you on the evening of 1/5 no one ever got back to me, but at least I can login now.

I've tried paying for gas with this app a few times. Didn't have any issues until recently when it declined my payment twice and now I have two pending transactions that will last over a week. I had to contact Cumberland Farms last month to fix another issue with trying to pay for my gas and the pending transactions magically went away. Hoping I don't have to do this again. EDIT: The payments that I was able to make prior did not give me points for gas and "could not load points" in receipt.

I love this app it's easy to use. simple clear instructions on how to use it. every $1 you spend you get 1 point I didn't even have the app for a month an I've already received 2 $15 rewards to spend back in the store or merchandise or gas. plus you also get extra discounts on top of the sales already in the store. Also you can use it at my stores not just Cumberland farms.

This app is very easy to use. I love the rewards to try out new products. (UPDATE : rewards and offers has changed and VERY often are not in stock or not even available at my location . Although one employee at Cumby's was pleasant, the other one may need some happy pills .) charge taken directly out of your bank account like a debit. It does help save money on gas.

Ever since the new version has come out, the pay at the pump feature rarely works. I would say 7 out of 10 times it says pump reservation failed and I have to go inside. it also seems to be backwards technology to have to put in your phone number on the kiosk to redeem coupons and rewards instead of just scanning the barcode like it used to be. It makes the line and time at the cash register take longer.

This has been a great app until it was changed to the current version. Most of the time I can't connect anymore. Since I don't shop in the store much, I do like having a $ off rewards system that I can use for gas. That being said, it would be nice if that reflected on the total that prints on the receipt at the pump. But the main issue is the connection issue. You need to get that fixed yesterday.
