Receive scan throws you out to done for some reason unless you set it to Google voice? So frustrating because it types out any conversation near you. Please fix this issue. It is not fun being thrown out of receive scan mode after scanning hundreds of items just to have to do it over. This is for Android and fyi tried everything I know including slowing the scan speed. Using the same device and scanner for years and one day something changed.

This app has more confirmation steps than other apps. When taking pictures, it selects landscape by defaut, but the end-user would like a portrait to review on their end. It often takes several retries to get the delivery documents scanned. The pictures do not save on the delivery app side of the process. If there is an issue with the delivery, it is difficult for a driver to verify the person's name who signed or any other picture proof.

This app would be great if they fixed the bugs in it. For instance, let's say you scan 100 stops in the order you're going to deliver them in, which makes sense.This app without fail daily will put all your stops in whatever order it wants. now there's a button you can use the sort your stops, by distance, alphabetical, or dispatch. the only one that works is alphabetical. they need to fix this ASAP as you'll have all your drivers spending time looking for one stop out of a 100. The most recent update has disabled audio and popup notifications when a new order comes in. I can have the app open on my screen and cannot tell when new orders hit my ohone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice as well as power cycled the phone. Please help. I'm on a Samsung A71. My dispatcher pulls orders away from me if I do not acknowledge them in a timely manner, so I'm losing work.

In trying to set up routes for drivers, the Cities should be listed on the Jobs list page. The way it is now you have to go in and out of the Jobs details. Then when you go back to the Jobs list, it takes you back to the top of the list. It is very cumbersome and frustrating. Put the cities on the jobs list page next to the zip code. Thank you

The app places a zero (0) count placeholder instead of remaining blank and requiring an entry. Therefore sometimes the enter button is accidentally hit and so it registers a count of zero. Take out the zero and just leave it blank like the top field. Then if it is a zero entry we will enter the zero. Soooooooo annoying and time consuming to have to call to have it corrected all the time.

Ok so far it works. when arriving at first pick up you clear it out then head to del. location don't seem to find a place where I can go back into the job to look at it maybe see if address is correct floor apt # nothing your just stuck till you get to delivery. Only thing you can do is hit stop complete get signature. There's no map button that you can push to give you turn by turn directions you have to do that yourself. this is a delivery app come on ppl really.

as a user who is now forced to put this on my personal device for work, I am very unhappy with the required permissions for it to operate. I am very dissatisfied with the user interface it is not friendly or easy to use and is a waste of not only my time but the time of the company I'm running for. I would like to see a simplified version or a light version that has less required permissions and a cleaner layout.
