I've had this smart plug for over a year. The app used to work, but for the past few weeks, it will fail to connect more often than not. I have it linked to Google, but even when I go directly to the app and tap the on/off button, nothing happens. It works only when it wants to. It's extremely frustrating. My lights connected through Tuya and Lotus work just fine. I'll stay away from Enbrighten products from now on.

Highly disappointed. Went to turn on our Halloween lights and it's saying no Wi-Fi? I also have another brand plugged beside it and guess what? It works just fine. It's getting the signal night l nice and clear. Now I have to purchase another one from that other company because I refuse to battle with cheap products. It worked 1 day.

The lights have a good amount patterns to choose from. Tons of shades for the lights. Not too bulky of size. So far like the lights...So just updating, have had them up 8 months or so. They work great, very versatile on what you can do. You can choose color for each individual light. Create your own coloring scheme, choose from presets. Have it on a schedule to turn on and off.Great for all holidays to show color or just be a great porch or back porch cafe light. Great product. Highly recommend!

It's nice to be able to control lights anywhere you have a cell signal. For instance, turning on the lights before you leave a restaurant. Also, setting up schedules works perfectly to have lights coming on in the morning when we wake and a minute later, having the wall switch lights come on. Both go off after bedtime.

Not bad, but needs improvement. 1. Use a consistent convention for naming U.S. timezones. Currently you use 'U.S.', 'US/', and 'US '; pick one format and make it the same for all of them. 2. The Widgets for Android need work. The big 4x2 widget with all devices is cumbersome and not very useful. Allow it to be resized down to 1x1, or add a 1x1 widget to the available options. Let users select which devices are in each widget. 3. Allow app feedback on your website.

I've been running it for about a month now for 3 18-foot string lights, and so far, so good. In the cold, wet, frosty, and freezing weather we've had recently. Timer works, automatic on-off, set times, and they're on nightly. App control is good to go, too. I like it thus far.

More features needed! This app hasn't been updated since Oct 23. We purchased the Eternity eaves lights and are really happy with the lights themselves, but the app is lacking many of the features found with the competitor's systems. It would be great to be able to schedule different scenes. I'd like to have a "potlight" setting up to a certain time, then switch to a holiday theme, then back to a standard setting automatically on a schedule. This is only able to be done manually.

The app itself works well for grouping our 3 Cafe Light strands and setting them to custom color modes. We have a lot of fun when we want to use the app by itself. However, if you want to use home automation tools or libraries this product is very limited. Google Home can only "understand" the factory default modes or single colors, and the only scene automation you can create in the app is On/Off. Please add the ability to select custom modes for color-changing lights as a scene function!
