The app is slow and is based on the website, nothing new in the interface. While typing in the Create Shipment page, the text typing somewhat lags, which happens on the website as well. Needs improvement.

very bad customer support. the only reply is working on it. loost customer becouse not timely reply. shipment getting delayed, issues of fake remarks but customer support never understood and take charges.

I think we should rate 0 to this company and app but there is no option. Google play store should remove this app because its waste of time and money for people and they do not have a proper support system to reply and respond to customer issues they are not at all intrested in resolving and replying to customer. I have never ever seen the shame less support like this. I think the top management also deaf & dumb who do not care what's happening on the name of courier services.

Third grade customer support, they will act like there decision is final and will not list to customer problem. None of the issues will be resolved in customer favour when the issues are genius, if shipment lost they will not even worry and weight dispute will not be resolved. Complete customer unsupport courier service.

FRAUD!! It's the worst app ever. They ask you to deposit your money and then there is no response. The parcel is collected by them but its not delivered to the customer nor returned back to us. One of the employee Sohail he blocked my call and customer service is the worst. All those reading my comment, request you to not deliver through envia. They are FRAUD!!!
