I like the service just so many issues. 1. They need to fix the app. Starting and Ending the ride is nearly impossible. Once the car starts it's fine. But starting and ending rides never works. Each app update is making it worse! 2. The stations are being brutally vandalized. Most stations have all the cables cut and most the cars now have low charge. 3. Customer service needs to be faster. But honestly if 1 and 2 works correctly I would never have to call. BlueLA is awesome if they fixed it

App is terrible! Starting a rental takes like 20 minutes because it keeps crashing. All they tell you is to uninstall and install again. Don't get me started on ending a rental. I haven't been able to end a rental by the app, I have to call customer service. While the timer keeps going and getting charged while being parked. All they say is email support and they're useless. On 8/17, I was on hold for 3 hours waiting for customer service. This morning I checked, and I was charged $187!!!

First, the 3 stars is for cost and the ride itself. It would get 5 stars if two major issues were solved. 1. The vehicles available on the app match reality. 2. The available charging stations on the app match reality. I have arrived at more than one station with cars there and not available on the app and the cars on the app are not there. Also, upon returning a vehicle it will indicate what charge station is available and in reality it isn't. These are major issues that need fixing ASAP.

At this point, this is basically a scam. They will still charge your account monthly, even though the cars can't be successfully rented. The new app just doesn't work. When you can rent a car, the app will crash during the rental and even prevent you from ending the ride. Customer service takes forever to answer the phone, and they will still charge you while waiting. They even charged my partners account after he deleted it. I have submitted a request to have my account and data deleted.

This app will stop working during your first rental, and never work again. The app crashed when I tried to end my rental. Ever since, even after deleting storage, uninstalling, restarting, and reinstalling it several times, it still never gets past the post login splash screen. There is no functioning app support. BlueLA can only be used by phone.

Ever since they updated the app, the experience has been a nightmare on Android. Every single time I've had issues connecting with the vehicle, and whenever I call support I'm told to uninstall and reinstall the app the issue. That only works some of the time and it's only a temporary fix. Sometimes I can't connect to the car at all and I've missed several appointments because of it. Also the app doesn't update so you can reserve a car when you arrive at the location the car isn't there.

Used to be a really good service but now it feels like every time you try to take the car back there's a problem with the app and if there's no one answer the phone then you just have to leave the car and then the next day do you get charged for a rental for like the entire day and they never bother adjusting it everybody on the phone is really grumpy. That's if you can even start the rental which is also a headache. More times than not I've had to just call them and bypass the app.

Takes very long to verify documents, whenever I email through the app they keep responding with a 'user deleted' email. I've been trying to reach someone to verify one last document and I keep getting sent back and forth between them and digisure, a third party. Great concept, bad system.
