Worked better before this latest update. Now the drone won't locate the landing pad at all. At least before, it showed the target pinpointed on the pad though it still almost completely missed the pad which was better than now. I have no way of knowing if the "drifting off of center" was fixed. Also, the message "USB is not connected" is a total pain in the butt. I'm about tired of unplugging and plugging the USB cable back into either the drone or the controller to try to clear the message.

This whole platform is so buggy. The performance of the drone is actually good, when I can get it to fly. But there are so many issues that come up all the time. Right now I can't get the gimbal tilt control to show on the screen in the app. . But I have had so many other issues. - Compass calibration will not accept calibration - Gimball errors that mysteriously come and go - Drone had 10+ satellites but won't use them, can't return to home and land. - Camera image won't show up on screen - ect

I am very disappointed with EXO. The app works okay but what good is an app when there's no reason to use it because exo hasn't had replacement parts for years. Propellers are never in stock. I have asked them multiple times but I get the run around. The say another models will work but it's always out of stock. I bought two with extra batteries. They make great paperweight

Good,works perfectly for me. Just lately " aircraft disconnected " keeps popping up. I trust that it's gonna be something simple like usb or such. you have to update this app now. it has begun to give problems

Have had nothing but a terrible experience with exo. The app constantly crashes and i cant even use my drone. Everytime i connect the drone it automatically tries to update but fails everytime. Ive spent way too much time trying to fix this issue. Been waiting to hear back from exo since december 31st

Honestly the app is great and the drone is great while you're using it. Unfortunately this company is just a reseller of a rebranded Chinese drone they can never get parts when you need them and when they do is going to cost you a fortune. Worse yet they have this wonderful scam called an insurance... That when you go to use they will decide how much it will cost you for a replacement which is usually about 2/3 of the cost of the drone apparently. Run forget this company buy something else

I think this app is wonderful, although I think the Blackhawk 3 needs some work done to it by more firmware updates. The drone is near perfect. I do have issues at times with the app interacting with the drone so that's why I gave it 4 stars. Pictures take forever to take, but videos are awesome in 4K 30 FPS and the app has no issues there. Hopefully EXO and Hubsan continue to make improvements.

app is always saying USB disconnected. and will not reconnect. even with charger and phone at full charge. don't buy exo. get a drone with a screen built into the controller
