worst app for ev charging. Stuck at failed payments, where money was debited from my account. With technical associate who asked for money to be transferred to his accout to initate charging, which might work but is not a good work around.

The transition from charge mod is horrible. No customer notification about the change platform in advance. Replaced a well working app with a buggy application. No indication about the charging stations if its active or faulted. The customer support is worst. If the app is not working, it's the technical issue on the customer side? Sign up otp not working. Charging station status not working. Wallet charging not working.

Most horrible app by kerala govt. The toll free number is given for name sake not once have my call been attended and the app is much more complicated that goec and chargemod and other apps that iv used till date

I charged my vechile at Bakel Fort and it was really good. But unfortunately their charging station are very small number accross kerala.

Again pathetic service from government of kerala. Previous app was good (ChargeMod), don't know why they handed over the contract to Ez4. Very pathetic and bad customer support
