Airpeace is highly inefficient, customer service is extremely poor, accessibility is terrible. I have had 2 similar experiences of paying for flight tickets, getting payment receipt but no flight ticket. Sent several emails, called all their numbers including the number of different states but all lines where switched off. No response to the mails I sent till now, but they received the money. This is definitely a display of fraudulent behaviour. I will definitely not recommend them at all.

Average, 1. Not sufficiently user-friendly. The display of vital data is clumsy in some fields. 2. Check-in Seats not pre-numbered to facilitate selection. 3. App does provide other info required by passengers such as time check-in times.

Please work on your app we can login in to our account with out issues.. Since the app was changed I can't see my membership ID and I can't access my account.. This app is very poor and also please work on the booking.. You can book for air ticket now and and lose it in just a minute.. And also work on your manage my booking I can't access my books. When I want to check my booking it tells me error Why????¿????????????????????????????????????????????????

The app doesn't display my trips automatically upon launching it. I have four trips with airpeace in August but it doesn't show, I have to always enter my reference to see it. Also it doesn't synchronise with my calendar. I wish it could.

Since when have been using Airpeace , my travel as been so lovely and awesome, though even when I was ever been disappointed one's before on reschedule my trip by extending the time for my departure, but that shouldn't be a problem. Since that's there first time on it to me, so ours is not to complain why? They most have there reason one way or the order. Airpeace is the best so ever.

Nah, downloaded the app, made a booking using it, and made a payment for the booking. For 3 days now it keeps saying no itinerary found for the booking, and to worsen matters, all the contacts put on the site are not reachable. Not cool at all, why put features that don't work on the app? Could really be better, but for this, I ll say a 1 star till my issue is resolved.

Quite a good app. I used the app to book for flight seamlessly. But when I needed to check-in on the app, it kept loading for hours... felt a little bit frustrated with that, had to use the web. This issue of persistent loading of the dashboard has to be fixed.

Airpeace currier is the best Air flight so far in Nigeria... though i made a mistake while booking my flights tickets for the first time, because I didn't found (surname) in the app while booking:, but immediately I complete the booking process, the surname option pop up! and behold it was my second name that appears there... I guess they will be no issue while checking in...
