Extremely glitchy, quite often stops sending notifications with no warning. It does not tell me that I need to update, and when I search for an update there's none to be had, so I have to uninstall and reinstall every few months. Unfortunately, this means I miss critical communications before I realize the app has glitched again. This has happened on three different phones, and I had to reinstall yet again today. It's not my phones. It's the app.

The first year of using this app was ok. But this school year is been glitchy! I missed an entire month of notifications and two storage meetings due to glitches. And apparently now it has to be updated manually, every week. Not very convenient! **update** Now I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to update it. Also, the only way I know it needs updated is that I see a notification for the app that doesn't show when I open it.

Did y'all try your app before you launched it because the only function that works is entering your code. Selecting your child's school goes like this: typing the first few characters auto populates the schools and you can select yours but not submit. I DID have success once during my multiple attempts but my selected schools disappeared right before my eyes while I was looking at the screen. Huge fail on the school district to opt for this app when there are several better options.

Ever since the last two updates the app will not open when it come to newsletters, grades, attendace etc. I have send feedback after feedback but no responsed . I open the app but as soon as i click on the + sign in the middle of the home screen it closes me out. This needs to be fixed.

The app says to update or exit, but google play doesn't offer an update. Thank you for the quick response. I will not use the "Update All" button for apps. However, the play store finally showed an update today, I applied it, and that fixed the problem.

Never get a notification, and I know it's tuned on. Have done my own trouble shooting; taking app off phone and downloading again, turning notifications off and back on. Nothing changes. Have had dame problem last school year also

This app has literally nothing. It took up a bunch of space on my phone to do just that, take up space. I can't find anyway to communicate with anyone. There are no newsletters or any information as far as my son's school goes. I simply used it for the tech needs survey and promptly uninstalled

I have installed and uninstalled and reinstalled this app multiple times. Every time I try to open it, it says that there is an updated version (even though i just downloaded it). Clicked on the update button and it goes to the app info and does zilch.
