I like this app, but I wish it would give me a better management over my prescriptions and refills and Doctors, it doesn't list a couple of my prescriptions so I have to call them in and my refills tell me they won't be ready till the next day so I have to call them to make sure I can pick them up same day I requested to have them done so an option choice would be nice for refilling. And Doctors I had trouble deleting ones I don't see anymore.

This app is basically prehistoric. There are no notifications (neither push notifs from the app nor email notifis) whenever anything is wrong with your prescription. They simply cancel the refill and you find out by either checking the app throughout the day or by showing up at the pharmacy and not being able to get your meds. I could probably excuse all of this if the female pharmacist in Nitro wasn't so rude and condescending. I will be switching pharmacies soon.

Doesn't always show refills. Still shows pending when meds have been refilled. Has options to alert you and never does notify. Needs work. And the latest pharmacy workers are not as nice as the previous ones. I miss the other ones.

Ridiculous that I've been getting ALL my prescriptions there for almost 3yrs and haven't never gotten anything on my loyalty card! I can't even enter my rx# bc it's wanting me to call someone to talk to them about it. They can do better with the fruths loyalty card/rewards/and app!

Well I just love it cos when I put in my refill I dont ve to go in the store and wait for a long time
