Have had some bad experience with customer support. The app doesn't always work correctly and requires to be uninstalled and installed again. Spruce claims that it works with the leasing office and doesn't require anything from me if I'm not home to open the door but not the case. They wait till the people are right there and then ask for help with entry instead of getting that settled ahead of time. Unfortunately, because of price, still consider it until I find something better

Pretty app and simple to follow. But the amount of errors I get with zero indication as to why is awful. 1. It turns out I already had an account. I tried signing up without knowing I had one and it kept failing just saying 'sorry'. Their web version worked for this luckily. 2. I tried adding a payment method and it kept failing with an equivalently useless message. I just happen to try another card and it worked. You guys tried really hard not to get money from me with all these problems.

Terrible! Immediately after installing, I tried to register and it keeps saying something went wrong and to try again later. Waited a few days and tried to register again and it's still doing the same thing! How are you supposed to utilize cleaning services when you can't even register on the app to schedule appointments!

Don't fall for their polite and flowery words.Cleaners are fine.Sure,they miss a thing or two,but who doesn't?I can work with that on subsequent cleans.Except, I can't. Because I can only deal with their customer service. I used their service a few times because I liked the outcome, barring a couple things, but with the last two times needing customer service, it's been a nightmare.The chat can't actually help beyond giving you a coupon for your next clean that expires READ MORE ON GOOGLE REVIEW

They cleaned one sink in one bathroom and one tub in the other. Didn't vacuum bathroom or dust. Didn't move things around to wipe the counters. Just did a half fast job. I will not be returning to this app. Unfortunate turn of events. I've got pictures of what wasn't done. They also weren't going to change the sheets until they were told even tho they were on the bed. Absolutely ridiculous.

The app is fine, the service terrible. First service was done while I was out of town. Alot of areas missed, but they left the lights on and my sliding back door open - while I was gone for 4 days until I returned. They sent someone to rectify and fix the areas missed. Six months later, tried again. They rescheduled the cleaning on the same day. When they showed up they didn't clean 1/3 of what was promised and I was only offered a partial refund. They even used some of my own cleaning supplies.

Do not use this company! They have now not shown up twice. They don't even bother to call you or text you that they aren't coming. I tried to call them and they had a recording saying how busy they were then after about ten minutes hung up on me. They were going to give me a discount after the first screw up and actually charged my card more money the second time. Unreliable, incompetent company.

Used to be a good service Claims to be affiliated with my apartment complex yet every time they came to clean they were turned away. I had to email my complex to get them access and they were still turned away. Also complex claimed there's a form on the app for access which there isn't. Not changing rating.
